Business challenges

ADLO faced a growing challenge in managing their expanding client base across 4 industrial parks (for now), encompassing over 300 companies in Oradea. Manually keeping pace with evolving legislation and individual client needs became increasingly complex and time-consuming. This highlighted the need for a streamlined, automated solution to ensure accurate billing, efficient resource allocation, and continued compliance with regulatory changes. The existing system struggled to accommodate the growing volume of data and the increasing complexity of their operations.

The project required building a robust and user-friendly online platform capable of serving as the central communication channel for ADLO and its diverse client base, while ensuring the secure and efficient delivery of critical documents and information.
A key challenge was achieving optimal platform performance and data security within the constraints of ADLO’s on-premise infrastructure, demanding careful optimization to minimize loading times and guarantee the secure storage of sensitive information.
The project necessitated seamless integration with ADLO’s existing and diverse systems, including WinMentor Enterprise and AEM electric meters, presenting a complex technical challenge in ensuring smooth data exchange and maintaining operational efficiency.
